Gunday - I read some
reviews on this film and many gave very bad reviews. As for me, if we tend to
review a film from every single aspect, definitely none of it will get through.
This film was not really bad.
The story has nothing new to offer and
predictable with a little twist towards the climax but technical wise the movie
is really good. Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor’s performance were in top notch.
Their dancing skills, sense of comedy and action was really good indeed. Hope
they will team up again in future. Priyanka Chopra and Irrfan Khan were at
their best.
This film was clearly an ode to an extremely inspiring era of
crackling work in cinema with great cinematography. The songs composed by
Sohail Sen was really foot tapping and great. Really loved each and every song
with its wonderful shot visuals. As for the background score, after giving a
terrific BGM score for Dhoom 3, Julius Packiam once again proves for this film.
His BGM score was simply perfect and outstanding.
With the right amount of
friendship, love, emotions and comedy, this movie will definitely will
entertain you from every single aspect. Overall, a gripping masala action flick
to be watched.
